We employ over 220 employees, which includes our office, factory and site based employees. We use subcontract labour for our England based contracts which are managed and supervised by our own employees. Our company annual labour turnover is targeted at 2% and in 2006 our labour turnover was 1.4%. Retention of our employees is very high. Our annual turnover for this year is approximately £25 million.

IIP
In October 2001 we were accredited with Investors in People, in recognition of a company culture that that nurtures the personal development of its employees, we were reassessed in October 2004 and again in October 2007.

Balanced Score Card
The company uses the Balanced Score Card as a tool which focuses on delivering improved results by enabling more coherent management of the company by establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the following four key interrelated areas; Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, Learning and Growth.

Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Accreditation
The company is committed to compliance to the quality system and to its continual improvement. Quality is audited regularly by a team of auditors and reviewed by the Senior Management Team who set and review quality objectives. In addition, we recognise that good management includes all environmental matters and will ensure that environmental protection and the prevention of pollution are part of all decisions, policies and practices. 

Safe-T-Cert Accredited
The Company is committed to operating within and promoting Safe Working practices. Safe-T-Cert is based on the 'best practice' requirements of relevant international and national bodies, including the ILO guidelines. Safe-T-Cert is a recognised system under the 'Buildsafe' initiative in Northern Ireland and the 'Construction Safety Partnership' in the Republic of Ireland.
