Products ~McMullen Architectural has recently completed the glass façade of this stunning 6 storey building. Based in the heart of Dublin’s Sandyford Industrial Estate the extensive glass façade will offer tenants spectacular views of Howth Head and Dublin Bay. The project comprises 2 blocks with a combined floor space of 8500m² and an open courtyard.

The façade had a number of different elements including curtain walling, opening vents, fire screens and louvres. McMullen Architectural offered a ‘One stop shop’ service to the client taking control of the design, manufacture and installation. Due to the exposed weather conditions on the Sandyford site, the architect specificed a high performing façade. McMullen Architectural utilised their own MAS F50 curtain walling system to meet these demanding conditions, delivering a comfortable internal working environment. The façade delivers excellent light throughout the building while reducing it’s carbon footprint with low U-Values and Solar Gain.
